Second Consultation on the Corsham Neighbourhood Plan
There’s still time to have your say on the Neighbourhood Plan before Wiltshire Council passes it to an independent examiner ahead of a community referendum later this year. It’s also a chance to offer your support for the Plan. The consultation runs until 5pm on Friday, 25 May 2018, and the Neighbourhood Plan and all its associated documents can be viewed via Wiltshire Council’s consultation portal http://consult.wiltshire.gov.uk/portal. Paper copies are also available at Corsham Library, the Town Hall and Wiltshire Council’s offices at Monkton Park in Chippenham. You can comment via the portal, or download a form from the portal and email it to email@example.com, or fill in a paper copy, which will be available at the three sites listed. For more information about the consultation, contact Spatial Planning at the email address above, or call 01225 713223. For more information on the Plan itself, contact the Town Hall on 01249 702130.

Plus Taste of Corsham is teaming up with the Pound Arts Centre who will be bringing you music and entertainment on the Taste Stage, as part of the Blue Sky Festival (12-17 June, www.blueskyfestival.org.uk). There will also be street theatre, crafts, some delicious art to enjoy and lots more fun for all the family. It’s also the 350th Anniversary of Corsham’s Almshouses (www.corshamalmshouses.org.uk) so why not take a free tour around this historic building and enjoy even more activities in the grounds? And Bath Spa University are throwing open the doors of their campus at Corsham Court, as well, so you can immerse yourself in the Arts and enjoy a sneak peek at all the creativity on display.
