HR – not just an emergency service
When a business hits a people crisis, then my phone usually rings. Disciplinary, Grievance or worse Redundancy.
However HR can provide prevention too, an HR Health Check will look at your policies and processes to make sure you are meeting legislation, and provide advice on how to fill any gaps with policies that work for your business and processes.
I can coach your managers (or you) in the art of having honest conversations, to try and minimize the chance of you having a people crisis. I can coach your staff if they are having any performance issues – for example time management, attendance or confidence.
If you are recruiting to a key role, I can do a colour profile for your team, and those in the interview process to see how they will fit in, what their strengths are, what areas for development they may have – it a useful tool as part of your decision making process for senior roles in particular. Colour profiles can also be used as a development tool for your current staff.
